The hotel
Low-rise on Jumeirah Beach.
The resort opened in November 2014 on fourteen acres of beachfront in Jumeirah 2, on Jumeirah Beach Road. WATG drew it low and wide, in a Spanish-Mediterranean style with Arabic touches: the entrance has wind towers, latticework and old lamps, and the rooms open onto large balconies. The San Francisco studio BAMO did the interiors, with pastel rooms and marble bathrooms, and Tihany Design of New York shaped Sea Fu.
Gardens run down to 270 metres of natural beach. There are two outdoor pools, one for adults and one for families, and a glass-roofed indoor pool in The Pearl Spa, which takes its theme from the Gulf's pearl divers. In 2026 the MICHELIN Guide gave the resort its first Key. Forbes Travel Guide rates it Five-Star, and the rooftop bar looks back over the city.
- The beach 270 metres of sand with kayaks, dinghies, catamarans and paddleboards for guests.
- Two pools An adults-only pool of 600 square metres with private day villas around it, and a larger family pool with cabanas.
