What we are
SkyCourtage is an air charter broker and a travel intermediary. We are not an air carrier and we operate no aircraft.
For charter, the contract of carriage is concluded between you and a certificated air operator, which is the air carrier for that flight. For scheduled cabins, the carrier is the airline issuing the ticket, and its conditions of carriage apply. In both cases we act as an intermediary arranging the service, and our own obligations are those set out in our terms of business.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, photography and code of this site are the property of [REGISTERED COMPANY NAME] unless credited otherwise. Airline, operator and aircraft manufacturer names and marks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.
Airport data is derived from the OurAirports open dataset, released into the public domain.
