The hotel
A low-rise resort on its own peninsula.
One&Only The Palm sits on a private spit of land on the West Crescent, looking back across the water at the skyline of New Dubai. Nothing here rises far. A Manor House on three levels and six low-rise mansions are laid out around fountains and shaded courtyards, in a style that borrows from Moorish and Andalusian houses. Around 400 metres of private beach run along the front.
With fewer than a hundred rooms and four villas, it has the feel of a private estate. The MICHELIN Guide gave it two Keys in 2025 and again in 2026. Yannick Alléno oversees the kitchens, and his STAY kept its two MICHELIN stars in the 2026 Dubai guide. The Guerlain Spa is the only one in the United Arab Emirates.
- STAY by Yannick Alléno Modern French cooking built on seasonal produce, two MICHELIN stars, and a private dining room for tasting menus.
- Guerlain Spa The only Guerlain Spa in the country, set around a courtyard fountain, with nine treatment suites, a hammam and its own adults-only pool.
- Safina An adults-only pool club built out over the water, Mediterranean plates by day and a slower pace after sunset.
