Groups and delegations

Ten people, or a hundred and ten.

Squads, roadshows, delegations, crews. Moving a group is a different craft from moving a passenger, and it is one we do often.

Who moves this way

A group is a different craft.

Above roughly ten passengers the problem stops being a booking and becomes logistics. Inventory at one fare runs out. Aircraft that take the people will not take the freight. One late arrival strands the other forty.

We handle that work regularly, for:

  • Sports: squads, staff and equipment, on fixture calendars that move
  • Corporate roadshows: several cities in a week, the same faces on every leg
  • Government and institutional delegations: protocol, clearances and manifests filed to the letter
  • Film and production crews: people, cases and a schedule that changes the night before
  • Incentive and hospitality travel: guests who should never see the machinery
  • Family and private events: one arrival window, many origins

The route to a price

From a head count to a firm price

01

The shape of the movement

Numbers, origins, the window you must land inside, and what travels with you. One call is usually enough.

02

Two routes priced side by side

A group allocation on scheduled services against a full charter, costed honestly, including the ground at both ends.

03

One point of contact, start to finish

Manifests, seat maps, special baggage, catering and transfers run through one person on our team who knows the whole movement, from the first leg to the last.

To quote you

What we need from you.

The faster you can answer these, the faster the price is firm.

  • Head count, and whether it is final or a range
  • Origin or origins, and the destination
  • The date, and how much either end can move
  • Anything non-standard in the hold: equipment, instruments, cases, animals
  • Whether the group must travel together, or simply arrive together
  • Any accreditation, visa or protocol requirement we should plan around

Group allocations on scheduled services usually need more notice than a charter. If your date is close, say so first, because it changes which of the two we chase.
