The hotel
New York manners, halfway up the Palm.
The hotel takes the first eighteen floors of The Palm Tower, a fifty-two-storey building on the trunk, joined to Nakheel Mall. Every room has floor-to-ceiling glass, so the fronds, the Arabian Sea or the Dubai skyline fill the window. A grand staircase traced in gold and a chandelier shaped like a palm set the style downstairs, New York with some local touches.
It opened in May 2021 with the usual St. Regis rituals: butler service around the clock, a bar in the line of the King Cole Bar, and a Bloody Mary remade with date syrup and saffron. Higher in the same tower are AURA and The View, and the St. Regis Gardens next door hold two MICHELIN-starred tables, one of them with three stars.
- AURA SkyPool A 360-degree infinity pool on the fiftieth floor, two hundred metres up, with the Palm, the sea and the city all the way round.
- The View at The Palm The observation deck on the fifty-second floor, 240 metres above the island, reached from the same tower.
- KYMA Beach Club On Palm West Beach, for adults over 21, with complimentary transfers for hotel guests.

Glass from floor to ceiling, and a butler at the door.
Every room and suite looks over the Palm, the Arabian Sea or the skyline, with Frette linen, a seating area and the St. Regis Butler Service around the clock.
- King or twin Deluxe and Grand Deluxe rooms Two hundred and sixty-four rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, a seating area and two garments pressed each night.
- Separate living room Metropolitan Suite A living room apart from the bedroom, with floor-to-ceiling windows on the Palm, the sea or the skyline.
