We look after the flight.

You are asked for a flight more often than you would like, and it is rarely the part of the job you enjoy. Fares move by the hour, the aircraft may or may not be free, and the client wants an answer tonight.

Hand that part to us. We find the seat or the aircraft, we price it, and we stay behind you or beside you, as you prefer.

• A commission on every confirmed flight. It is paid out of our own margin, so your client’s price is the same as if they had come to us alone.
• Your client is protected. We never approach them directly, and what they ask for later stays credited to you.
• One person to speak to. A named contact who knows your clients and how you work.
• An answer while it still matters. A written price as soon as the market gives one.

Some partners like to introduce us and step back. Others prefer that their client never hears our name. Both are fine, and you can choose trip by trip.

• Introduced. You present us, we deal with your client directly and keep you informed at every step.
• Behind you. You remain the only voice your client hears. We send you the options and the documents, ready to pass on.

Either way we arrange the same things: Business and First Class on scheduled airlines, private jet charter, and the car at either end.

The terms are set out in a short written agreement before the first request, so that nothing is left to memory.
