The hotel
A beach resort with its pool at the top.
Address Beach Resort was the first Address hotel built on a beach. It opened in December 2020 at the Dubai Marina end of JBR, in two 77-storey towers joined at the base and again by a skybridge running from the 63rd floor to the 77th. Ain Dubai and Bluewaters Island sit just offshore.
Below, the resort is a beach hotel in the usual sense: direct access to the sand, a family pool, adults-only pools and a kids' club. Higher up, the spa is on the 75th floor, and two levels above it a pool almost 95 metres long runs to the edge of the building, about 294 metres above the ground.
- The Level 77 pool Guinness World Records lists it as the highest outdoor infinity pool. It is nearly twice the length of an Olympic pool, with the Gulf and the Palm laid out below.
- Spa on the 75th floor Nine treatment rooms, each looking out over the Arabian Gulf, with steam rooms and relaxation lounges. The hotel calls it the highest spa in Dubai.
- Beach and Walk Step out onto JBR beach or onto The Walk. The tram and metro are within walking distance, and Dubai Marina Mall is close by.
Rooms & suites
Sea or city, and a plunge pool for those who want one.
Every room and suite looks out to the sea or over the city. A three-bedroom Presidential Suite sits at the top of the range.
- King or twin Rooms Floor-to-ceiling windows, neutral colours and a view of the Gulf or the skyline. Interconnecting rooms work well for families, and Club Rooms add club privileges.
- One bedroom Jacuzzi Pool Sea View Corner Suite About 135 square metres on a corner of the tower, with a private terrace, a plunge pool and a view taking in Ain Dubai and Palm Jumeirah.
- Two bedrooms Jacuzzi Pool Sea View Suite About 169 square metres, with a separate living room and a large balcony terrace with its own plunge pool. The sea views run the full width.
