What this site collects, where it goes, and how long we keep it.
Draft pending legal review. This notice describes accurately what the site does today. The retention periods, the legal bases and the supervisory authority still need settling by a lawyer qualified in [JURISDICTION]. Delete this notice once that is done.
Who is responsible
[REGISTERED COMPANY NAME], trading as SkyCourtage, [YOUR ADDRESS], [POSTCODE, CITY]. Questions about anything on this page go to info@skycourtage.vip.
What this site collects
Only what you type into a form. There is no account, no login and no profiling on this site.
The enquiry forms collect your name, email address, telephone number and, optionally, your company. Alongside that, whichever of the following applies to your enquiry: route, dates and times, cabin or aircraft category, number of travellers or guests, hold items, flexibility, and whatever you write in the free-text field. A quote request also records which page it came from.
Please do not send passport numbers, dates of birth or payment details through these forms. When we need them to issue a ticket we will ask for them by a channel suited to the purpose.
Where it goes
A submitted form is sent by email to the address matching your choice — booking@skycourtage.vip for a quote request, info@skycourtage.vip for a question — and is stored in that mailbox. It is not written to a public database, not sold, and not shared with anyone who is not necessary to answering you.
To arrange a flight you have asked for, we must pass the relevant details to the operator, airline, handling agent or authority concerned. That is the purpose you contacted us for, and we pass no more than the booking requires.
Why we are allowed to hold it
- To answer you and arrange what you asked for — performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before one.
- To keep a record of quotations and bookings — our legitimate interest in evidencing what was agreed, and our accounting obligations.
- To send you fares and repositioning flights — only if you asked us to, and you can stop it at any time by replying to any message.
How long
An enquiry that leads to nothing is kept for [X] months and then deleted. Where a booking follows, the file is kept for [X] years to meet accounting and liability obligations. Ask us to delete what we hold and we will, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising network, and no social media widget.
Five technical points, for completeness:
- Typefaces are served from this site’s own server, not from a font network, so loading a page makes no request to a third party.
- The airport search in the booking panels queries this site’s own server. What you type there does not leave it.
- When you type a pick-up or drop-off address for a chauffeur, our server asks Photon, an address search run by komoot on OpenStreetMap data, for matching places. It sends only the text you typed, from three characters on; your IP address and the rest of the form are not sent.
- The weather shown on destination pages comes from MET Norway. Our server asks for it by the coordinates of the city, so nothing about you is sent.
- Your browser may keep a small note that you have already seen the opening animation, so it is not repeated. It stays on your device and we never read it.
If you sign in to administer the site, WordPress sets its own session cookies. That concerns administrators, not visitors.
What the server logs
Our host records standard technical logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser — for security and fault diagnosis. These are kept for [X] days and are not used to build a picture of you.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to a particular use, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to info@skycourtage.vip; we reply within [X] days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to [SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY], and to the authority where you live.
Transfers
We arrange flights worldwide, so answering you may mean sending details to an operator or airline outside [JURISDICTION]. Where that happens, it is because it is necessary to perform the booking you asked for.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will say so on this page and date it.
