The hotel
A new name after a full renovation.
This was Grand Palladium Bávaro Suites & Spa, built on Bávaro beach in 1992. In 2025 it went through a full renovation of its villas, rooms, lobbies and pools, and reopened on 15 December 2025 under its new name, with an open-air lobby in natural textures and sculptural lighting, and suites redone in soft neutral tones. Many now have a hot tub, a swim-out terrace or a pool of their own.
The hotel is spread over four buildings and forty-two villas. It shares the Palladium resort with Grand Palladium Punta Cana and the adults-only TRS Turquesa, and its guests may use the restaurants and bars of all three Grand Palladium hotels. Inside it sits Family Selection, a hotel within the hotel with its own check-in, butlers and private beach and pool areas.
- Family Selection A separate section for families with private check-in, a butler, its own beach and pool areas and the Pirate Castle, a 1,500 square metre play area with a mini theatre.
- Zentropia Spa Saunas, a steam room, an ice cabin and hot and cold baths. The wet area is for adults, and treatments cost extra.
- The whole resort Guests may use the restaurants and bars of all three Grand Palladium hotels in Punta Cana.
