The hotel
London, rebuilt on the Cotai Strip.
The resort opened in 2012 as Sands Cotai Central. In 2017 Las Vegas Sands decided to turn it into a piece of London, and on 8 February 2021 it became The Londoner Macao. The Londoner Hotel opened the same day in the old Holiday Inn tower, rebuilt with about half as many rooms, all of them suites. The redesign of the wider resort was finished in May 2023.
Outside stand a facade modelled on the Houses of Parliament and a life-size Big Ben. Steve Leung Design Group did the interiors, and some suites are named for members of the royal family. On the top two floors, David Beckham and David Collins Studio designed fourteen suites, the first by a celebrity in Macao. Churchill's Table and two Chinese restaurants are inside the hotel itself.
- Suites by David Beckham Fourteen suites on the top two floors, designed with David Collins Studio around Beckham's own way of living.
- Churchill's Table The British dining room inside the hotel, alongside two Chinese restaurants.
