The hotel
A bar that turns above the bay.
Hilton opened its first hotel in Azerbaijan in October 2011, a tower on Azadlig Avenue in the business district. Baku Boulevard, the long seafront park, runs below it, and an underpass leads to the Park Boulevard shopping centre. The walls of the Old City are about eight minutes away on foot, and Government House is close by. Of its 309 rooms, 36 are suites, and most look over the city or the sea.
Hilton put its restaurant and bar at the top. The Sky Grill, for meat and seafood, opened on the twenty-fourth floor with a terrace, and above it the 360 Bar revolves, so the view moves from the city to the Caspian over the course of a drink. Lower down are Cilantro, for all-day dining, the Sugar Lounge and an eforea spa, the brand's first in its European region.
- 360 Bar A revolving cocktail bar on the top floor, with the bay, the boulevard and the city going by.
- Sky Grill Steaks and seafood high in the tower, with a terrace.
- Two pools An indoor pool and an outdoor one, with the eforea spa, a sauna and a whirlpool.
