The hotel
Michel Reybier's house above Pampelonne.
La Réserve Ramatuelle is Michel Reybier's hotel on the Côte d'Azur, a sister to La Réserve in Paris. The architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte took a building of the 1970s on the hillside above the Baie de Pampelonne and renovated it without changing its outline. The mood looks back to Ramatuelle in the 1950s and 1960s, Provençal at heart, with modernist lines.
Every room and suite has a terrace or a garden facing the sea, the terraces running from 25 to 190 square metres. Villas of three to six bedrooms stand apart in the grounds, each with a heated pool. A pine forest separates the hotel from Saint-Tropez, a few miles away. It is a Palace on the official French list, and seasonal: it closes each autumn.
- La Voile Éric Canino's dining room with a sea view, two MICHELIN stars in 2026, cooking from his own kitchen garden.
- The spa Eleven treatment rooms, Nescens programmes and a heated indoor pool, with a thirty-metre heated pool outside.
- Villa life A private chef, a butler and housekeeping can be arranged for the villas, each with its own pool and terrace.

Private jets cleared for it can land at La Môle, about twenty minutes away by our estimate; larger jets use Nice.
