The hotel
The green village.
Phum Baitang means the green village in Khmer, and the resort is laid out like one: wooden houses on stilts under thatch, spread across about eight hectares of gardens, lemongrass and rice paddies. It opened on 1 September 2015 as the Zannier group's first resort in South-East Asia.
Arnaud Zannier designed it with the Paris studio AW², taking the stilted Cambodian farmhouse as the model and fitting it with deep bathtubs and rain showers. An old farmhouse was restored as the Sunset Lounge. The two restaurants are named Bay Phsar and Hang Bay, the rice market and the rice shop.
- The pool An infinity pool fifty metres long, set among the gardens.
- Temple Spa Seven treatment rooms, a sauna, a steam room and the Serenity Temple pavilion for yoga.
- The Sunset Lounge An old farmhouse, restored as a lounge for drinks at the end of the day.

- Terrace Terrace Villa Twenty-five villas of 80 square metres, raised on stilts with a large deck over the gardens and paddies.
- Pool Pool Villa Twenty villas of 130 square metres, each with a private garden and a plunge pool.
