The hotel
Suites on the golf course.
Tour operators still list it as the former Rixos Golf Villas & Suites. It stands on El Salam Road at Um Marikha Bay, set back from the shore beside the eighteen-hole championship course it shares with the Golf Beach Resort. Guests use that resort's private beach, and a daily shuttle runs down to it. Sharm El Sheikh International is about five kilometres away by road, according to one tour operator.
Most of the accommodation is in suites, some with a kitchen of their own, and three villas each have a private pool and between 1,000 and 1,200 square metres of space. A food court and a kids club opened beside the children's aqua park in summer 2026, and the spa has a sauna and a hammam. Two pools, tennis and padel courts and a diving school complete the list.
