The hotel

Just over the ridge from Oia.

Andronis Arcadia sits on the back of the Oia ridge, a few hundred metres from the village, looking north-west over the open Aegean. The buildings are low, in natural tones and local materials, with textured surfaces drawn from island building. It belongs to the Andronis group, which keeps other hotels in Oia and Imerovigli, and the MICHELIN Guide gave it one Key.

It opened in 2019 with 53 suites. The Grande Pool came in 2022, about a thousand square metres of water, which Maxim calls the largest on the island, and a further wing followed in 2023. Today there are 114 suites and villas, up to four bedrooms, all with a private infinity pool. Oia is close enough to walk to, and far enough to leave its crowds behind.

  • The Grande Pool About a thousand square metres of infinity pool at the centre of the resort, with the Aegean beyond.
  • Evexia Spa Larger than most spas on the island, with a Kneipp circuit of hot and cold pools, a gym and yoga.
  • For families Children of all ages are welcome, and the ARCADemy kids' club keeps the younger ones busy.
