The hotel

The first building at Eurovea.

The Sheraton opened on 24 February 2010, a few weeks ahead of the rest of Eurovea, the riverside quarter the Irish developer Ballymore built on the Danube between the Old Bridge and the Apollo Bridge. At the time it was only the third five-star hotel in Bratislava, after the Arcadia and the Albrecht, with 209 rooms, a spa, a fitness centre and 700 square metres of meeting space under one roof.

Eurovea has grown around it since. The Galleria shopping centre is next door, the new Slovak National Theatre stands on the square, and in 2023 the 168-metre Eurovea Tower was finished alongside. In front, the promenade runs along the river. The old town is about five minutes away on foot, and the main railway station and the Mlynské Nivy bus station are both close.

  • On the promenade The Danube promenade runs outside, with Eurovea's shops and restaurants at the door.
  • Spa and pool A swimming pool, sauna and steam room, and a gym open day and night.
  • Club Lounge On the first floor, with breakfast, snacks and drinks through the day for club guests.
