The hotel
A small resort on the slope above Elia.
Utopia joined The Myconian Collection in 2013, one of several Daktylides family hotels on the hill behind Elia, on the south coast of the island. It has thirty-five suites and villas, and the family runs it as a Relais & Châteaux for adults only. Mykonos Town is about twenty minutes away by car. The family opened its first hotel on the island in 1979.
Whitewashed suites and villas face the bay, many of them with an infinity pool or plunge pool on the terrace. A shuttle takes guests down to the resort's own section of Elia beach. Back on the hill, The Pool Club looks across the water and has live music in the evening, and the Sanctuary Spa works around a thalassotherapy pool.
- The infinity pool A pool that seems to hang above Elia Bay, with The Pool Club beside it for drinks, coffee and light meals.
- Sanctuary Spa Thalassotherapy pools indoors, treatments with ELEMIS and Augustinus Bader, and a Technogym gym open around the clock.
- Elia beach A private section of the sand below the resort, reached by the hotel shuttle.
