The hotel

Batumi's first international hotel.

When the Sheraton opened in 2010, Batumi had no hotel run by an international brand. Work on the tower had started in 2007, at a cost of about 80 million US dollars, on a plot of 30,000 square metres. The finished building rises 110 metres, with the restaurant on the ground floor, a Club Lounge on the fourteenth and a bar and grill on the twentieth.

It stands at 28 Rustaveli Avenue, next to the Boulevard and the Black Sea shore. The 202 rooms include 26 suites and one penthouse, and one suite has a terrace with its own Jacuzzi. In 2022 the World Travel Awards named it Georgia's Leading Hotel, and the national tourism awards have chosen it as the best hotel in Georgia four years running. The Shine Spa has saunas and a Turkish hammam.

  • 360 Sky Bar Grills and barbecue twenty floors up, scored 15 out of 20 and three toques by Gault&Millau Georgia.
  • Shine Spa Saunas and a Turkish hammam, an indoor pool and a fitness centre.
  • Summer by the pool An outdoor pool opens in season, with the Jasmine Lounge Bar beside it.
