The hotel

A lodge at the foot of Blackcomb.

The resort opened in June 2004 on Blackcomb Way, a few minutes from Whistler Village and a short walk from the Blackcomb lifts. Burrowes Huggins Architects drew three buildings of six to nine storeys, and Brayton & Hughes did the interiors, with a gas fire in every room. The private residences, of two to four bedrooms, sit in a building of their own.

When the MICHELIN Guide first gave Keys in Canada in 2024, it awarded the resort two, and it kept them in 2026. Winter runs on the ski concierge at the base of Blackcomb, which stores your equipment and sorts out lift passes. In summer the same valley has four championship golf courses close by. All year there is the heated outdoor pool, and a spa that the World Spa Awards named Canada's best resort spa in 2024, 2025 and 2026.

Getting there

Flying to Whistler.

Every flight lands at Vancouver International, about 135 kilometres south. The drive up the Sea to Sky Highway takes about two hours, longer in snow. Private jets clear customs at one of the private terminals at YVR, and the resort can arrange the car.
