The hotel
Between Da Nang and Hoi An.
Hyatt opened the resort in October 2011 on the white sand of Non Nuoc Beach, between Da Nang and Hoi An, with the Marble Mountains a few steps inland. The grounds cover 49 acres, and the buildings are contemporary in style, with Vietnamese touches in the architecture. At the opening Hyatt counted 200 rooms, 182 residences and 27 villas with their own pools.
Families were in mind from the start, with a children's club, apartments and pool villas alongside the hotel rooms. Today there are 199 rooms, 146 residences of one to three bedrooms and 23 villas, five pools, the VIE Spa and courts for tennis, padel and pickleball. Hoi An, Hue and My Son, all UNESCO sites, are within reach by car, and the Regency Ballroom, lit by daylight, takes weddings and meetings.
