The hotel
A new house near the place des Lices.
Arev stands where the Lou Troupelen hotel once stood, on a lane a few minutes' walk from the village centre. It opened on 15 March 2024 as the first hotel of the AREV Collection. The local architect François Vieillecroze designed the buildings, Jesús Ibáñez the gardens, and the Madrid decorator Luis Bustamante the rooms, in a bold scheme of blue, white and red.
Many of the rooms and suites have gardens of their own, and a further building of suites came later. The Strand, once a Saint-Tropez restaurant and champagne lounge in the oldest restaurant space in the village, was revived here, with a terrace of its own. A Saint-Tropez candle and scent house, Maison S.T, opened its first spa in the grounds. In 2026 the MICHELIN Guide gave Arev one Key.
- The pool A heated pool of fifteen metres at the centre of the grounds, with its own bar and a DJ.
- Padel A padel court in the grounds, a few minutes on foot from the village.
- The spa AREV x Maison S.T, the first spa of the Saint-Tropez candle and scent house, with two hammams and a gym.
