The hotel
Roman jewellers on the avenue George V.
The Roman jeweller opened its first hotel in France on 2 December 2021, at number 30 avenue George V in the Golden Triangle. The Italian studio of Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel designed the building inside and out, with the French firm Valode & Pistre. Its contemporary facade breaks with the Parisian conventions of the street, and the rooms inside are dark wood and polished marble.
Most rooms open onto a loggia over the inner garden or a balcony on the avenue, and some bathrooms have a hammam of their own. The penthouse fills the top two floors: about 400 square metres inside and 600 outside, with a hanging garden of Mediterranean plants and fruit trees. In June 2026 France named the hotel a Palace, its highest hotel distinction.
- Bvlgari Spa Some 1,300 square metres over two levels, drawn from Roman baths, with a 25-metre pool.
- Il Ristorante, Niko Romito The Abruzzo chef's first restaurant in France, cooking the Italian classics.
- The garden The Bvlgari Bar looks onto the hotel garden, next to a lounge with a large fireplace.
