The hotel
A Thai hotel group on Tumon Bay.
The Bangkok group Dusit International opened the resort in the summer of 2015, the first new resort built on Guam since 1999. It rises thirty floors above the middle of Tumon Bay and was then the tallest building on the island. Almost every room faces the sea, and the Villa Suites have plunge pools of their own; the balcony of Villa Azul alone covers some 550 square metres.
The tower stands on Pale San Vitores Road, with a direct way into the shops of Dusit Place. The Guam Convention Center, the largest event space on the island, takes up to 2,000 guests. Its sister, Dusit Beach Resort Guam, shares its pools and kids' club with guests of the tower. Inside, Devarana, the group's Thai-inspired spa, opened with ten treatment rooms, two onsen areas and the only hydrothermal circuit on Guam.
- Devarana Spa Dusit's own spa, with ten treatment rooms, two onsen areas and a hydrothermal circuit.
- Two resorts in one Guests can swim in the pools of the sister Dusit Beach Resort, where the Pirate's Bay club looks after children aged five to twelve.
