The hotel
The group's first address in Turkey.
Mandarin Oriental came to Turkey in 2014 with this resort on Cennet Koyu, Paradise Bay, on the northern side of the Bodrum peninsula. WATG drew the master plan so that rooms and villas step down the hill toward the sea and sit low in the landscape. Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel designed the buildings and interiors.
The result reads more like a village than a hotel block, with olive groves around the houses and two sandy beaches at the bottom of the slope. Türkbükü is ten minutes away by car and Yalıkavak Marina under half an hour; the hotel puts Bodrum Castle about thirty-five minutes away.
- Two private beaches Blue Beach, with its beach club and bar, and a second private beach of sand along the bay.
- The spa About 2,700 square metres, with a Turkish bath, and an indoor pool beside the outdoor ones.
- Tennis and more A Mouratoglou Tennis Center on site, water sports and boat trips along the coast.
