The hotel
A garden at Pointe du Bout.
La Pagerie stands at Pointe du Bout, the resort quarter of Les Trois-Îlets, among the marina, the Creole village of shops and the beach of Anse Mitan. The hotel is built round its garden and its pool, with thatched huts and loungers on the lawn, and the buildings are painted in the blues and greens of the island.
The name is an old one in this commune. Joséphine de Beauharnais, later Empress of the French, was born in 1763 on the Pagerie estate in the same commune, now a museum. The hotel itself was fully renovated by 2021, and carries the Clef Verte label for its environmental practice and the national Qualité Tourisme label. Rooms run from Classic doubles with small balconies to the Suite Pagerie of sixty square metres.
- The pool Two hundred and twenty square metres of water in the garden, with thatched shade and a bar you can swim up to.
- Anse Mitan The beach is a few minutes on foot, and the marina and the Creole village are just as close.
- Rum at dusk The Tropical Café opens at five for cocktails and Martinique rums.
