The hotel
Orchard Boulevard, with the Botanic Gardens in mind.
Four Seasons opened here in November 1994, a twenty-storey tower on Orchard Boulevard, one street back from the shops of Orchard Road. The Singapore Botanic Gardens lie close by, and they set the tone inside: Hirsch Bedner Associates, who did the interiors, took the colours of the rooms from the lotus leaves and water of the gardens' Swan Lake. Of the 259 rooms, 41 are suites.
Each room has a wall of Peranakan tiles, a nod to the island's trading past, and the corridors and public rooms hold about 1,500 pieces of Asian and international art. The same designers redid Jiang-Nan Chun, the Cantonese restaurant, in 2016, and Nobu Singapore has since joined it. The MICHELIN Guide gave the hotel one Key in 2025 and again in 2026, and the spa on level three has five treatment rooms.
- Two pools A family pool on the twentieth-floor roof with the skyline around it, and a lap pool with an outdoor whirlpool on the third floor.
- On court Outdoor courts for tennis, pickleball and padel, with lessons on request.
- The spa Five treatment rooms on level three, including one for couples, beside the Chi Longevity Clinic.
