The hotel

The lower floors of Busan's tallest tower.

SIGNIEL Busan opened in June 2020 as Lotte's second SIGNIEL, after the one in Seoul. It takes floors three to nineteen of the LCT Landmark Tower, the tallest building in Busan, where Haeundae Beach meets the rocks of Dalmaji Hill and Mipo Harbor. All 260 rooms have a balcony, facing either the open sea or the harbour.

HBA designed the interiors around the ideas of Choi Chi-won, the Silla-era scholar linked with Haeundae, using earth, air, fire and water as the themes. The MICHELIN Guide gave the hotel two Keys in 2025 and again in 2026. In March 2026 the guide held its Seoul and Busan ceremony in the hotel.
