The hotel
Among the forests of Tavush.
Dilijan is a resort town in the wooded hills of northern Armenia, and the national park that carries its name runs right up to the hotel. The Paradise opened here in 2011 on Kamo Street, about ten minutes by car from the town centre, and joined Best Western in its Plus tier. Rooms open onto private balconies, most of them facing the trees.
The building is arranged round a winter garden, a useful thing in a town where daytime highs hover around freezing from December to February. The hotel was renovated in 2025. In summer the outdoor pools open; the rest of the year guests use the indoor pool and the wellness centre, with its sauna, steam room and massage rooms. A conference hall opens off the lobby.
