The hotel
A villa of your own on Muri Lagoon.
Pacific Resort Hotel Group opened its first hotel on Muri Beach in 1987. Twenty years later it added Te Manava, five villas on the white sand at the southern end of the lagoon. The resort has grown since then. Its villas of one, two or three bedrooms stand side by side, laid out so that each keeps its privacy, with a private courtyard or deck around its own pool.
The villas are built to be lived in: a full kitchen, a laundry and a Nespresso machine in each, and stays booked room only. There is no restaurant on site. The group's Pacific Resort Rarotonga is about 1.4 kilometres along the beach, a ten-minute walk on the sand, and guests eat there and sign to their villa. A private chef can also cook at home.
- The lagoon Kayaks are on the beach, and there is good snorkelling around a small islet about 500 metres off towards Muri.
- Your own pool Every villa has a plunge pool in a private courtyard or on the deck, kept for registered guests.
- A sister resort next door Restaurants, the Pacific Kids Club and treatments at Pacific Resort Rarotonga, with free transfers between the two.
