The hotel

Address is the hotel brand of Emaar Hospitality Group, from Dubai, and this resort opened on the shore of Marassi Al Bahrain in November 2022. Marassi is a new seafront district in Diyar Al Muharraq, on the far side of the airport from Manama. The building holds 117 hotel rooms and 154 serviced residences, with a spa, a fitness centre and meeting rooms for up to 160 people.

The resort connects to the Marassi Galleria mall on one side and runs down to its own beach on the other. Rooms face the sea or the city. Manama is fifteen to twenty minutes by car, and the drive to Saudi Arabia about forty-five minutes, the hotel says. Children have a splash pad and the Qix Club, and the beach has water sports.
