The hotel
Between the station and the square.
The Sheraton opened in 1995 on Kneza Borne, in the Lower Town, close to the main railway station and to the trams and buses that run into the centre. Ban Jelačić Square, the heart of the city, is about fifteen minutes away. Much of the hotel's trade is meetings and conferences: it has thirteen conference rooms and a Grand Ballroom, and its largest hall seats up to six hundred.
Its 306 rooms come in eight types, from standard rooms with marble bathrooms to a Presidential Suite of 256 square metres with its own dining room, library and kitchen. The restaurant and bar have been refitted in recent years. Downstairs, a spa run by World Class has a heated indoor pool and two saunas, which matters in a Zagreb winter. Guests with Club access also have a lounge looking over the city centre.
- Spa Zone A heated indoor pool, a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna and a relaxation area, run by World Class.
- Club Lounge A lounge over the city centre, with drinks and snacks through the day for guests with access.
- For meetings Thirteen conference rooms and a Grand Ballroom, the largest hall seating up to six hundred.
